Kelp Smoothie

Created by @jen_bushman, this kelp-infused smoothie is packed with nutrients from all the greens (including seaweed!), has creamy texture thanks to avocado, and a lovely tartness from apple.
And don’t worry, the Kelp Puree won’t make your smoothie taste too salty - it simply brings a richness that plays very well with the other flavors. Plus, it adds iodine, magnesium and iron - important nutrients that many Americans are deficient in!
Ingredients⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup spinach, stemmed and chopped
¼ avocado
2 Tbsp Blue Evolution Kelp Puree
½ apple, unpeeled, cored, and chopped
1 ½ cups apple juice⠀⠀⠀
Method
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend until smooth, adding water to reach the desired consistency.
