Green Smoothie

How green is your green smoothie? Rehydrate a bit of Blue Evolution Dried Kelp or add a teaspoon or so of our Alaskan Kelp Puree to your favorite green smoothie recipe for added iodine, magnesium, and iron.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk (or your preferred milk)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen peach chunks

  • 1 tablespoon Blue Evolution Dried Kelp, rehydrated in water, or Blue Evolution Kelp Puree

  • 1 handful spinach leaves

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Add more milk as needed.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
