 2010 Holiday Schedule

Blue Evolution is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Below are the exceptions to that rule due to holidays or planned company activities for 2010.
January 1 Closed for New Years
May 31 Closed for Memorial Day
September 6 Closed for Labor Day
November 25 Closed for Thanksgiving
November 26 Customer Service will ONLY be available via email.

 Who Is Blue Evolution?

Blue Evolution LLC is a family-owned small business very much like so many others who make up the backbone of America's economy. In today's world, opportunities for small businesses have grown from brick and mortar shops to virtual store fronts on the Internet. Though the Internet may have changed the way people shop and it has opened the door for so many new companies, it hasn't changed the formula for a successful business. Blue Evolution believes that the foundation for success focuses on providing reliable products that are readily available at a competitive price with customer service as a priority for each member of the organization.

Blue Evolution is operated by its owners. There's an excellent chance that when you call or email that you will be speaking with and supported directly by one of the owners of the company. This means that they will do everything they can do ensure that you are satisfied with your choice to shop at Blue Evolution.

Blue Evolution wants to ensure our customers that there are people on the other end of the computer who are there to help and ensure that your questions are answered and your order is fulfilled promptly and accurately. Many internet-based companies struggle with establishing the confidence customers need to make a purchase and know that they will be satisfied. We do our best to provide accurate availability information and ensure that the products are shipped when they are supposed to or earlier.

Competition on the Internet is fierce and that usually benefits the consumer. Many people shop on the the Internet to find products that they can not find locally, to find the best price, and/or for the convenience of shopping at any time of the day from the comfort of their home or office. Blue Evolution established specific types of vendor relationships to allow us to provide quality products, at competitive prices with high availability. Blue Evolution ships directly from our vendor warehouses. This allows us to maintain a very low overhead to provide competitive pricing and high availability as we pull directly from the inventory of multi-million and multi-billion dollar companies. We have established very strong vendor relationships which allow us to view inventory directly and to have an impact on availability and delivery. This model also allows us to provide our low cost shipping policy.

There are other differences to shopping online that you should know about.  Internet shopping allows for consumers to find great products at wonderful prices. Great prices come with some added responsibility for the consumer. Most manufacturers and distributors charge restocking fees for non-defect returns and exchanges. Internet companies are always competing for lower prices and lower prices mean lower profit margins. With such low profit margins, there’s simply no room to absorb the restocking fee’s charged my manufacturers and distributors for returns. So when a consumer returns a non-defective item, the internet company will pass the restocking fee to them to cover their costs.

This puts the responsibility on the consumer to know what they want before they make a purchase. It is not part of Blue Evolution's business plan to make a profit off of standard returns. We simply want to recoup our costs after successfully completing our end of the sale when a return is made. You can view our return policy here: Store Policies.
